Thermal Oil Circulating Pumps

Application

In thermal oil heater transfer plants (acc. to DIN 4754) for circulating thermal oils with saturation pressure ≤1 bar. Thermal oils clean, non-aggressive, which do not contain any solid constituents.

Themal oil pump is used mainly in chemical industry, rubbe and plastic industry, food industry, paper mills and industrial laundry plants. The pump is espacially designed for the pumping of thermal oils.

Thermal oil circulating pump

Design

Horizontal, single stage, single flow centrifugal pump. Main dimensions and hydraulic outputs correspond to DIN 24255. Thermal oil heat, which is transferred to casing parts and pump shaft is reduced by dissipation of heat, so that the pump sealings and bearings are not effected by the high thermal oil temperature. This is achieved by a proper design of pump casing, cover and the bearing housing.
